01-Basecamp-webThe web-based project management tool Basecamp supports collaboration and allows the sharing of files like spreadsheets and text documents. Project team members access the same secure website where they can post files, make comments on discussion boards, and check assignment due dates. Basecamp provides tools intended to improve communication and keep projects running smoothly, particularly when collaborators are working from a distance.

02-Evernote-webEvernote is a suite of software and services designed for notetaking and archiving. A “note” can be a piece of formatted text, a full webpage or webpage excerpt, a photograph, a voice memo, or a handwritten “ink” note. Notes can also have file attachments. Notes can be sorted into folders, then tagged, annotated, edited, given comments, searched and exported as part of a notebook. Evernote supports a number of operating system platforms and also offers online synchronisation and backup services.

03-GoogleCalendar-webGoogle Calendar is a free time-management web application offered by Google. It became available on April 13, 2006, and exited the beta stage in July 2009. Users are required to have a Google Account in order to use the software. The Ajax-driven interface enables users to view, add, and drag-and-drop events from one date to another without reloading the page. It supports view modes such as weekly, monthly, and agenda. Users can “quick add” calendar events by typing standard English phrases, such as “Dinner with Michael 7 p.m. tomorrow”. Users can also set the number of days to show in their custom view mode.

04-Compversions-logo copy allows users to get feedback from clients. The user can sort clients, stages and projects on their account and add images accordingly. CompVersions allows users to click or drag and drop images to upload. The user can generate an image comparison by creating either a two up, three up or four up side by side view. The client can see the user’s images and vote on the ones they like the most. The client or team member can also leave comments to help the user improve the images. When leaving a comment, the client can select which image they are referring to using small thumbnails displayed above the comment box. Accepted images appear in green while declined images are struck out when viewed in the user’s dashboard.

49-Blogger-WebBlogger is a blog-publishing service that allows private or multi-user blogs with time-stamped entries. It was created by Pyra Labs, which was bought by Google in 2003. The new design template, known as Dynamic View, was introduced recently. It is built with AJAX, HTML5 and CSS3.
